How much time should our team expect to spend on the assessment process?
This will vary based on the size and complexity of your technical landscape. On average, team members involved in interviews should expect to contribute 1-2 hours in that process. Key stakeholders may contribute up to 10 hours in interviews, gathering artifacts, and reviewing our analysis and recommendations.
How quickly can you get started on an assessment after booking?
Depending on time of year we can typically kick-off within 1-2 weeks.
Are we obligated to work with you after the assessment?
No. You will keep all assessment deliverables and may choose to implement the recommendations entirely in-house or with another firm.
I know what I want to do; can we skip the assessment and go straight to implementation?
While it may be possible to shorten your assessment phase, some assessment time is required to get clear on your root problem, define the right solution and provide you with a scope, timeline, budget, and resource needs. We will discuss what level of assessment you need in your initial consultation.
